BETA TERMS.

Dual Amp Death Machine remains Deathsquatch software. This release is a free public beta provided for testing and music production.

PERMITTED USE

You may install and use DADM for personal and commercial music production. You retain ownership of your songs, recordings, presets, performances and audio created with DADM.

LIMITS

You may not resell, redistribute or represent the DADM installer or plugin as your own. Do not reverse engineer or circumvent the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

DADM hosts compatible third-party plugins. Those plugins are not included and remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

BETA WARRANTY

DADM is pre-release software supplied as-is and may contain defects. To the extent permitted by law, Deathsquatch disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from beta use. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
